Advanced Solution for Performing Chromatic Dispersion and OTDR Measurements
NetTest's CMA 5000 Chromatic Dispersion/OTDR (CD-OTDR) application is based on its industry leading CMA 5000 Multi-Layer Test Platform and the industry accepted "time-of-flight" method (FOTP-168) for evaluating chromatic dispersion of individual fiber links. Combining NetTest's OTDR expertise with its experience in Chromatic Dispersion, the CMA 5000 CD-OTDR application provides network installers and providers with a solution that can be used as both an OTDR and a CD measurement system.
